Who is Ben Hamlett?

Ben is a former professional footballer, ASCA-accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach, BSc-qualified in Psychology, FRC Mobility & FMA Movement Health practitioner, and certified Oxygen Advantage® master instructor. He has coached 1-on-1 since 2014 and consults for defence forces, sports teams, corporates and schools across Australia. Deeply passionate and driven to help people connect to their greatest expression of health and wellbeing so as to have the foundation and capacity for sustainable for high performance.

Is this safe if I'm injured or have a medical condition?

Yes—programmes start with a full intake form, breathing screen, psychological , physiological and movement assessment. Ben has extensive experience working with complex health health/medical conditions and chronic pain. Every drill has a regression and a progression to keep training pain-free. If medical clearance is needed for specific cardiovascular or neurological conditions there will be a recommendation & process to gain clearance from allied health professionals..
